He has a large number of public and private sector experience in organizational development and growth. In his projects and studies, he achieved many successful work making best use of both theory and practice at the same time. He has published applied works and articles in his specialty.

He can create, implement and supervise organization-specific change management tools thanks to his hands-on experiences and knowledge. He managed the business objective achievement processes for companies of various scales in our country.

Prof. Dr. Cemal ZEHİR

Organizational Development Business Partner

He was born in 1970 in Sürmene, Trabzon. In 1993, he graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. He completed his master's degree at Marmara University in 1995 and his second master's degree at Gebze Technical University in 1997 and his doctoral program in 2000 at the same university.

Cemal Zehir served as a member of the faculty at Gebze Technical University until 2013 and he is currently a professor at Yıldız Technical University.

He served in various administrative positions including the directorate of the Social Sciences Institute. He is currently the director of the Social Innovation Center at Yıldız Technical University. It continues to provide multidimensional support to public and private sector companies in the field of strategic management.

Adv. Dr. Fikret ÖZKAN

Organizational Development Business Partner

He was born in 1967 in Devrekâni, Kastamonu. He is graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1991. He received his master's degree from Istanbul University in 1993-1994 and his master's degree from Forensic Medicine Institute of Istanbul University in 2007. In 2010, he got his doctoral degree with honor in International Trade Law and International Sports Law at Georgia University School of Law.

Fikret Özkan has many national and international articles published in the fields of Commercial Law, Law of Obligations and Law of Obligations. He has served as advocate and legal counsel of many medium and large scale national and international companies and still provides such services. He is Executive Board Member in KASİAD Kastamonu Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association, Secretary General of DEBK World E-Press Council, Founder and Former Executive Board Member of KASDER Kastamonu Solidarity Association, a member of KASKAV Kastamonu Development Foundation, a member of TED Tennis, Fencing and Climbing Club.

Ertan FIRAT

Organizational Development Projects Partner

He was born in 1970 in Bingöl. He graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Economics in 1985. He spent 28 years in the financial sector; 26 years in the insurance sector, and 2 years in the banking sector. He worked in different roles and positions at different companies in insurance sector. He served as a senior executive in the departments, such as Member of Inspection Board, the establishment of the Inspection Board, Regional Directorate, Corporate Marketing, stakeholder of company establishment (Toprak Sigorta), Information Technologies, Law, Reinsurance, Technical and Operation.

Board of Directors of the Association of Insurance Companies, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Insurance Information Center, Board Member of Turkish Insurance Institute (TII), member of Board of Directors of AvivaSA (Risk and Internal Audit), member of Board of Directors of Aviva Russia. Currently, he advises on risk, internal audit, insurance, and organizational development.

Baler ESKİBATMAN

Baler Eskibatman, who graduated from the Middle East Technical University, Department of Business Administration in 1990, specialized in Project Management, Business Process Management and Marketing during his 25 years of business life. As an employee, manager and consultant, he has gained experience with high added-value in different companies. He completed STRADIS and REFA trainings on process design and PMP Exam Preparation Training on project management and awarded with relevant certificates after exams.

As a project manager, effective project management, creating project plans, selection and adaptation of appropriate methods for projects, determination of project management maturity levels of the firms and arrangement of projects / programs / portfolios according to company objectives and strategies can be listed as his skills. He is expert at analyzing the current situation as a process designer through interviews and preparing the schema (AS-IS); designing and modeling (TO-BE) of the desired situation in accordance with customer needs.

Mustafa ÖNCER

Business Partner for Organizational Development Projects

After graduating the Forestry Faculty of Istanbul University in 1982, he obtained his Master's Degree on Forestry Economics in 1984 at the Institute of Science and Technology of the same university, and got the title professional engineer. He attended REFA (Germany Work Study and Business Administration Organization) trainings in 1990 and received a diploma as a REFA Teacher. In 2008, he graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration.

He has 18 years of work experience in National Productivity Center (MPM), 7 years in MESS Education Foundation and 7 years in NCR Training and Consultancy as productivity and cost management specialist. He has 7 research papers published by MPM and many articles published in various newspapers and magazines. He has lectured on work studies, business process analysis, and process data management in undergraduate and graduate programs of engineering faculties of universities and has presented papers in many congresses, conferences and panels.

Hakan TURGUT

He was born in Sakarya in 1979 and graduated from Marmara University Business Administration Department in 2002. In 2009, he graduated from Marmara University, Banking and Insurance Institute, Master’s Degree in Insurance. Hakan Turgut has also followed the Leadership Program at Harvard University. Hakan Turgut's areas of expertise include management consulting, training and development, leadership, project and performance management, strategic management and planning, problem solving and decision making, and talent management.

Hakan Turgut, who has PRIME - Training the Trainer Certificate (Junior Chamber International -JCI), Training the Trainer Accreditation (Institute of Leadership & Management - ILM), Coaching Certificate ( the Certificate of Talent Development - ATD), has also many articles as well as books such as Monetary Intelligence - Personal Finance and Money Management and Training Games, he continues his Business Administration Doctorate Program studies at Sakarya University and provides management consultancy and various trainings.

Dr. Associate Zafer ADIGÜZEL

Zafer Adıgüzel was born in 1981 in Üsküdar / Istanbul. He has graduated from Pendik Rauf Denktaş High School in 1999, from Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Kocaeli University in 2006 and got MBA degree on Finance from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2010. In 2010, he worked as a finance officer in a private shipping company for a short term.

Then he started to lecture at universities as a permanent faculty member and in return for payment per course hour. In 2016, he has graduated from Gebze Technical University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration - Management and Organization. He is currently a lecturer at İstanbul Medipol University, Faculty of Business Administration and Management Sciences.

Bahman HUSEYNLİ

Bahman Huseynli was born in Azerbaijan. After graduating from Azerbaijan State Economic University, Department of Economics (GANO: 88.79 / 100) in 2013, he completed his military service and then followed graduate study. He graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Marketing in 2017, following Master of Science with Thesis (GANO: 96.5 / 100). In 2018, he graduated from Marmara University, Department of Marketing with thesis (GANO: 87.5 / 100).

He started his work life during his undergraduate education; has gained experience in sectors such as insurance, banking, cement industry, ready-mixed concrete and fertilizer industry. Bahman Huseynli, who specializes in marketing research, marketing strategy, brand management, brand liveability and gamification, is currently studying for a Ph.D. program in Marketing Department at Marmara University.

Betül AKÇAÖZ

Organizational Development Specialist

Betül Akçaöz was born in Denizli. She graduated from Istanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University Psychology Department in 2017. In 2017, she completed Formation Education at Dokuz Eylül University. She has many certificates such as Training Consultancy, Projective Identification Tests, Applied Clinical Tests and General Attention Tests Practitioner.

During his undergraduate education, he started to work in advertising agency and interned at various consulting centers. He took part in the projects of Turkish Psychologists Association and various civil society centers; project team design works and trainings. In the first years of his professional life, he worked in Neurodevelopment Center. In 2018, he joined the AA Kurumsal Gelişim.

Melike ARTAR

Business Partner for Organizational Development Projects

Melike Artar graduated from Ankara Atatürk Anadolu High School (Sıhhiye). She has graduated from Okan University Psychology Department with full scholarship as a high honor student in 3.5 years. In 2018, she graduated from the Gebze Technical University Business Administration Faculty, obtaining Master Degree with thesis. She served her internship in Hacettepe Hospital, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, Türk Telekom and a social volunteering firm in Spain.

Melike Artar, who started her professional career in AA Kurumsal Gelişim, contributed to the consultancy service for many companies during this period. Melike Artar is currently working as a research assistant at Gebze Technical University, Faculty of Business Administration.

Altay Başaran BAHAT

Business Partner for Organizational Development Projects

He was born in 1989 in Ermenek. In 1994, he moved to Istanbul with his family. In 2014, he graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University, Department of Business Administration-Economics. After his graduation, he worked at the family company.

In the last year of university, she started to be interested in organizational development issues and she believed in the importance of systematic development based on cultural dynamics. In 2016, he left the family owned company and focused on organizational development issues. In 2017, he returned to the family company and attempted to adapt organizational development to family businesses. He is still working in a family company and is aiming to implement organizational development in his company.
