Certificate Requirements

The certificate will be awarded by AA Organizational Development to the participants who satisfy 80% of attendance requirement and are successful in the examination and case preparation at the end of the training.

Training Duration

The trainings will be held on Saturdays and Sundays between 10:00 - 16:00. The three-month program lectured in 3 levels consists of 60 hours (12 days) with a total of 6 weekends.

Program Quota

Program groups are limited to a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 16 people.
